It is able to penetrate deeply into the surface and kill off the roots of fungus and algae without damaging the surface. It also effectively prevents the regrowth of fungus and algae. Product Usage

It is non- pungent and is environmentally friendly

Application Details

Application: Apply TOA 113 Microkill copiously by using brush or roller then leave to dry for at least 3 hrs. without rinsing. Paint in accordance with specified painting system.
Usage Rate: 1 gallon ( 5 ltr.) per 30 sq.m.( depends on porous of substrates )

Recommendation:

  • Paint within 7 days after using TOA 113 Microkill.
  • For maximum effectiveness of TOA 113 Microkill, leave the surface for at least 3 hrs.
  • Do not dilute TOA 113 Microkill with water.
  • Do not use TOA 113 Microkill while raining.
  • Do not contact the product directly. Use safety equipment ie. gloves, goggle and mask.
  • Wash all tools immediately after use with water.

Surface Preparation

  • Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.
  • In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with clean water then leave to dry for at least 24 hrs.
