TOA Extreme Guard Exterior is alkali resistant, has excellent fungus & algae resistance, good adhesion, good dirt resistant properties and pigmented with stable colorants that provides a smooth and highly decorative finishing.

Intended use:

TOA Extreme Guard Exterior is specially formulated for exterior plastered wall and masonry. It is suitable for new or previously painted masonry surfaces such as brickwork, plaster, cement, rendering and asbestos.

Dry to Touch: 15 – 30 min., depending on ambient temperature
Dry to Overcoat: 2 hours (maximum indefinite)
Spreading Rate: 8 – 10 m2 / Litre
Color: Refer to catalogue and TOA fan deck

Application methods: Brush, roller or air spray
Mixing Ratio (by volume): The paint is ready for use after thorough stirring
For sealing: new or bare surface thin up to 5% with clean water, Thinner / Cleaner Clean Water
